  DAY 28: Muddathir 24-30

   And said, "This is not but magic imitated [from others]. This is no more than the word of a human being. Soon I will burn him in Hell! And what will make you realize what Hell is? It lets nothing remain and leaves nothing [unburned], and it scorches the skin. It is overseen by nineteen ˹keepers˺ in charge.

  These verses serve as a stern warning to all of humanity, reminding us of the severe consequences of rejecting the truth. They also highlight the miraculous nature of the Quran, which cannot be dismissed as mere human speech or magic. For believers, these verses are a call to:
  
      Reflect on the Quran’s divine origin and guidance.
  
      Avoid arrogance and stubbornness, which can lead to disbelief.
  
      Strive to live in accordance with Allah’s commands, seeking His mercy and avoiding His punishment.
  
  The vivid descriptions of Hellfire in these verses are meant to instill fear and awareness, motivating us to take our faith seriously and prepare for the Hereafter. At the same time, they remind us of Allah’s justice and the ultimate accountability of every soul.
