Fetih 25:

•  (Evet! doğrudur,) onlar, inkar eden  ve sizi mescid-i haram'dan men etmek ve bekletilen kurbanların yerine ulaşmasına engel olan kimselerdir, Fakat, kendilerini henüz tanımadığınız mümin erkeklerle mümin kadınları bilmeyerek ezmek suretiyle, onlardan yana bir vebalin altında kalmak ihtimali olmasaydı ( Allah(cc) savaşı önlemezdi ). Dilediğine rahmetini ulaştırmak için böyle yapmıştır. Şayet, inkarcılarla müminler birbirinden ayrılmış olsalardı, inkarcıları elim bir azaba çarptırırdık.

  Verse 25:
  
      Allah prevented the believers from destroying the disbelievers of Mecca because among them were future Muslims who would eventually accept Islam.
      The presence of these unknown Muslims led Allah to withhold His permission for battle, allowing them to remain in their current state until they would eventually come to faith.
      If the believers and disbelievers had separated, Allah would have punished the disbelievers, but since they were mixed, Allah's mercy was extended to them.
      This verse highlights Allah's wisdom, mercy, and justice in guiding humanity towards righteousness.
      However, this verse is not a guarantee that Allah will never punish disbelievers who live among believers. In fact, there are examples in the Quran where Allah has punished disbelievers who lived among believers, such as:
          The people of Lot
          The people of Aad
          The people of Thamud
      Allah's justice is comprehensive and can manifest in various ways, including:
          Guidance and correction
          Trials and tests
          Natural consequences of their actions
          Delayed punishment
      The verse is a reminder of Allah's mercy and wisdom, but it should not be taken as a guarantee of impunity for disbelievers who live among believers.
