Kehf 37-38:

•  Kendisiyle söyleştiği komşusu ona :'Şimdi sen kalkmış, seni toz topraktan, sonra bir damla dölden yaratan, sonra da yaradılış amacını gerçekleştirecek en güzel donanımla donanmış insan yapan(سَوَّاكَ رَجُلًا) Allah(cc)'ı mı inkar ediyorsun? Fakat sen inkar etsen de, ben biliyorum ki, benim Rabbim Allah(cc)'tır ve hiç bir şeyi O'na ortak koşmam'.

  اسِْتوَِاءٌ “ ” (istiwaa) means for something to be perfectly balanced in itself, or for something to have its
  forces in the right places in the right proportion, and for it to have reached the peak of its development {T,
  M}.
  Ibn Faris says it means solidarity and the balance between two things.
  اسِتْوَیٰ الرجَُّ ل“ ” (istawar rajul): he reached his prime.
  The Quran has described “ اسِْتوَیٰ ” (istawa) by saying “ بَلَغَ اَشُدَّهٗ ” (balagha ashud dah) in (28:14). Likewise in
  اسَِتوَیٰ عَلٰی سُوْقہِٖ “ ” (istawa ala suuqehi) in (48:49) the meaning is clear i.e. for plants to stand upright on
  their stems.
  الَسَّوِیُّ “ ” (as-sawiyyu) means which is safe from any exaggeration and in perfect proportion {T, M}.
  اَلصِّرَاطُ السَّوِیُّ “ ” (as-siraatus sawiyyu) means balanced path (20:135).
  رَجُلٌ سوَیٌِّ “ ” (rajulun sawiyyu): a man whose morals and manners are immaculate.
  That is, he has good figure and has balanced personal;ity {T}.LUQ
