Zuhruf 31-32:

•  Ve şunu da söylediler:' Bu Kuran, şu iki şehirden önde gelen büyük bir adama indirilmeli değil miydi?'.
  Senin Rabbinin rahmetini onlar mı taksim ediyor? Bu dünyada geçim araçlarını onlar arasında bölüştüren, onların bazısını başkalarına yardım etmeleri için diğerlerinin üstüne çıkaran Biz'iz. Rabbinin rahmeti onların dünyalık yığabilecekleri servetlerinden çok daha hayırlıdır.

  The above verse of surah Az-Zakhraf points to a very important reality. It says that individuals possess different abilities, capacities and affinities so that they may work for and with one another. If everyone had the same sort of qualities and abilities then nobody would work for nobody, or everyone would be doing the same thing. This is to facilitate division of labour to get work done in a society. But those with greater abilities are not permitted to rule over or subjugate others with lesser abilities. For the Quran, every human being is equal and the difference is only as far their abilities are concerned.LUQ
