•  Hepinizi bir canlıdan yaratan Allah(cc)'tır. Sonra sizin için yapıp/ettiklerinizi sonucunu göreceğiniz merhaleler ve vadeler(فَمُسْتَقَرٌّ ve مُسْتَوْدَعٌ)  tayin eden O'dur.

   فَمُسْتَقَرٌّ  için tefsirlerde çok farklı anlamlara gelecek çok farklı çeviriler vardır.
  Ama farklı ayetlerdeki anlamlar ve kullanımda dikkate alındığında yukarıdaki açıklama daha yerinde geliyor.
  
  Müfessirler, mustekarr ve  müstevde ‘ terimlerinin bu bağlamdaki anlamları konu­sunda  büyük  ölçüde  farklı  görüşler  ileri  sürmüşlerdir.  Ancak, mustekarYm  “bir gidişin/yolun  sonu”  -yani,  bir  şeyin  amacına  veya  nihayete  erdiği  nokta-  ve müstevde in  “havale/gönderme yeri”  veya  “ambar”  şeklindeki birincil anlamları­nı  dikkate  aldığımızda  yukarıda  benim  verdiğim  karşılığa  ulaşmış  oluruz.  Bu karşılığı,  ayrıca,  11:6 ve bu  sûrenin 67.  ayeti de  güçlü bir şekilde  teyid etmekte­dir:  ilk  ayette  Allah,  her canlının  rızkını  sağlayan ve  “onun  [yeryüzündeki]  öm­rünü ve  [ölümden sonraki]  istirahat yerini” (mustekarrahâ ve müstevde'ahâ) bi­len biri olarak anılmış;  İkincisinde ise mustekarr,  “[Allah'ın ihbarlarının] ifası için konulan  süre”  anlamında  kullanılmıştır.ESED.
  
  رَاَرُ “ ” (al-qiraar): for something to stop, stay put in one place or the place where a thing stops.
  اَلْقَرَارَة “ ” (al-qaraarah): low land where water stops or collects. “ قرََارٌ ” (qaraar): is also said to mean this.
  قَرَّبِا لْمَکَانِ “ ” (qarra bilmakaan): to reside somewhere, to stop and stay there.
  اِسْتقِْرَارٌ “ ” (istiqraar): to stop, to be unmoved.
  اَق رَّ “ ” (aqarra): to make something stop at a place, to make it stay. It also means to accept and agree.
  مُسْتَقَرُّ الْحَمْلِ “ ” (mustaqarrul hamal): the last part of the womb where pregnancy takes place.
  
  6:67 every news has a point at which it is either confirmed or denied لِکُلِّ نبََاأ مُسْتَقَرٌّ
  It means that every deed has a result, and every event goes to a certain point where it stops and its results are made evident. This is its “ مستقر ” (mustaqar).

  “َعَدَو” (wada’a), “ُعَدَي” (yada’u): something stopped, became static.“َعَدَو” (wada’a), “ع َّدَو” (wawadda): left, gave up. Ibn Faris says that this root basically means “to give up” and “to empty”.“ِقانْيِرَفْع الَدَوَت” (tawada’alfareeqaan): both opponents ceased fire. “ٌعْيِدَو” (wadeeh): ceasefire agreement. Later this word came to mean any type of agreement.“عُ ْيِدَوْلَا” (al-wadee’ah): something which is kept in trust. “ ُ ۃَعْيِدَوْلَا” (taudi’ussaub): to keep cloth in a safe place so that it is free of dust etc.“ِبْو َّعُ الثْيِدْوَت” (tawadda-hu): kept it in a safe place {T}.
  “عُ ْيِدَوْلَا” (al-wadeeh): a quiet and stolid man. “ُعْدَالو” (al-wad’u): a tomb where the dead lies in peace.“ُعَدْوَتْسُمْلَا” (al-mastauda): the place where something is kept safely. The Quran has mentioned the dynamic and static condition of every living thing i.e. every living thing evolves in steps: see (11:6), (6:99)
  
  The rule about the organic evolution is that everything stays in a certain place and state for sometime, and then from there it evolves to the next stage, and thus evolves to its completion. These places at which it in a way stops, are its stations, but even in this station a thing is not entirely static. Changes keep taking place in it, but that change is so imperceptible that we do not feel it. We feel the change when it has actually taken place and visibly manifests itself. We call it the next stage of that thing. LOQ.
